Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vaxnaro Director (the "Service"), operated by Vaxnaro Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vaxnaro Director is an AI-powered video generation platform that transforms text prompts into complete videos through an automated pipeline (ideation, script, audio, visuals, review, editing, and export). The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

3. Beta Program

The Service is currently available in Beta. The Beta tier is free and includes the following limitations:

• Maximum 1 video per day per account.
• All outputs include a Vaxnaro watermark.
• Video generation is subject to queue limits.
• Output quality is capped at 720p resolution.
• Maximum video length is 30 seconds per generation.
• No service-level agreement (SLA) is provided.
• Features may be limited or unavailable.

Paid tiers (Creator and Studio) are scheduled to launch in Q3 2025 and will remove these limitations. No refunds will be issued for Beta features that are subsequently removed or modified in paid tiers.

4. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation in India.
• Infringes on intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
• Promotes illegal activities or violence.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All outputs generated through the Service are subject to these Terms. Vaxnaro retains all rights to the underlying technology, pipeline, and platform. You retain rights to your original prompts and input materials.

7. Payments and Billing

Once paid tiers launch, payments will be processed through our payment partners (Razorpay for Indian users, Stripe for international users). You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaxnaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This applies regardless of the theory of liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaxnaro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. If any provision of these Terms fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
